The first application was dismissed as withdrawn on 31.10.2022 with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the seizure witnesses, and the second one was dismissed on merits on 12.07.2023 by a detailed order. 2 2. Counsel for the applicant submits that this third application is filed mainly on the ground of delay in trial. State counsel however opposes the application for bail. 3. Having heard counsel for the parties, and looking to the allegations made against the applicant, this Court does not think it proper to grant bail to the applicant at this stage. Application is accordingly rejected. Trial Court however to make all en- deavour to conclude the trial expeditiously. State to keep its witnesses present be- fore the trial Court on the next date fixed.
