The Court made the following: ORDER: “This Court by an Order dated 13.03.2025, had directed the Trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.504 of 2011, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this Order. The Trial Judge, has addressed a letter dated 06.08.2025 seeking extension of time is given, in view of the difficulties faced in disposal of the suit. In the view of the difficulties expressed, in the letter, dated 06.08.2025, the time granted to the Trial Court, in the Order dated 13.03.2025 is extended by a further period of three months.
