At the outset, Mr.Vijay Killedar the learned counsel for the respondent–contemnor no.4 submits that the order passed by the writ Court has been complied with and that the present contempt petition is liable to be dismissed. Mr.Vishwasrao Deokar, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this contempt petition. 3. Contempt Petition No.23 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
