Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that a Civil Suit No. 123A/2021 has been filed by the petitioner is pending before IVth Additional District Judge, Bilaspur (C.G.) is pending consideration since 12.04.2021. Thus, he would pray that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the Civil Suit within a stipulated time. 3. On the other hand, Mr. S.S. Marhas, Advocate, would oppose. 4. Learned Advocates appearing for other respondents would submit that in view of limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner, they are having no objection. 5. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Tekchandani, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court i.e. IVth Additional District Judge, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) to make all endeavours to decide the Civil Suit No. 123A/2021 expeditiously. 6.
