The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 05.06.2025 passed by the Revisional Authority. 2. It is observed that the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy available by way of filing an application before the Central Administrative Tribunal under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. 3. In view of the availability of such alternative remedy, the present petition is held to be not maintainable. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as not maintainable. 5.
