Sinha, A.P.P. --- 03 / 04.03.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Purvi Tundi P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 2291 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 80(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Ms. Satyabhama Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Ishrat Khatoon who died due to asphyxia because of hanging. 4. It was submitted that after investigation, police has submitted charge sheet under section 108 of the B.N.S. It was further submitted that the deceased had committed suicide because the petitioner was having illicit relationship with another lady. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Satyabhama Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Purvi Tundi P.S.
