This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in interfering with petitioner's aqua culture in the land admeasuring Ac. 3.60 cents situated in R.S.No. 1065-P of Ankulapaturu Village, Chillakur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District at the instigation of the respondents 4 and 5 as illegal, arbitrary, ultra vires against the principles of natural justice apart from being violative of article 14, 21 and 300-A Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere with my aqua culture in the above lands in the interest of justice.”
2. Sri Kambhampati Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, let there be a direction to the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondents. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.4 and 5, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
