petitioner directing to catch-up the fish fastly and vacate on or before 30.6.2023 thereby not considering the representation dated 10.6.2023 and 23.6.2023 of the petitioner for the extension of lease period for period of six month to carry fish culture activity and catch up fish in the Perapa Naidu Cheruvu in Kammavaripalem Village, Jaladanki Mandal, SPSR Nellore District without issuing any show cause notice and without following the procedure contemplated under the law as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside same thereby the 4th respondent to permit the petitioner by way of lease extension for a period of six (6) month to carry fish culture activity and catchup the fish in the Perapa Naidu Cheruvu in Kammavaripalem Village, Jaladanki Mandal, SPSR Nellore District and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings to the notice dated 23.6.2023 of the 4th respondent thereby directing the 4th respondent to pennit.the petitioner by way of lease extension for a period of six (6) month to carry fish culture activity and catchup the fish in the Perapa Naidu Cheruvu in Kammavaripalem Village, Jaladanki Mandal, SPSR Nellore District pending disposal of the Writ Petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
