Grant bail to the accused / petitioner in Crime No. 75/2024 registered in Kote Police Station, Shivamogga for the offences punishable under sections 120B, 143, 144, 147, 148, 302, 324, 427 read with Sec.149 of IPC, pending in SC No.170/2024 on the file of Hon'ble I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Shivamogga, which is arising out of Crime No.75/2024 of Kote Police Station, Shivamogga and consequently to release him from Judicial Custody with a direction to Respondent No.2, in the interest of justice. b. To Grant such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant, in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the ends of justice.” 2.
