Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that let there be a direction to the police to register the FIR. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the petition which is filed before the Special Judge of Trial of Cases under SC & ST’s (POA) Act, 1989 cum 10th Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari District, Rajamahendravaram Court is pending for consideration. 5. In that view, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy before the Special Judge of Trial of Cases 4 under SC & ST’s (POA) Act, 1989 cum 10th Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari District, Rajamahendravaram.
