GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.36624 OF 2025 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents particularly 4th respondent in not considering my mutation application dt.26.09.2025 for Online Mutation and issuance of E-Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of land to an extent of Ac.4.80 cents in Sy.No.314/9 of Rajampet Revenue Village, Rajampet Mandal, Annamaiah District as illegal, irregular, irrational, contrary to the provisions of ROR Act, 1971 and Rules made thereunder, Violative of Article 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to consider the mutation application dated 26.09.2025 by duly incorporating the petitioner name in online revenue records in respect of land to an extent of Ac.4.80 cents in Sy.No.314/9 of Rajampet Revenue Village, Rajampet Mandal, Annamaiah District, and to grant E-Pattadar Passbook-cum-Title Deed and pass such other order or orders…” 2. The short grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was granted DKT Patta in the year 199 for the land admeasuring Ac.4.80 cents in Sy.No.314/7 at Rajampet Revenue Village, Rajampet Mandal, Annamaiah District. Since the date of grant, the petitioner has been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said property. Be that as it may, the petitioner, through Mee-Seva Centre and Village Secretariat, submitted online applications for incorporation of entries in online webland revenue records and for issuance of E-Passbooks. Thereafter, the authorities informed that due to technical reasons, the said applications were not received. Subsequently, the petitioner submitted application/representation before the office of the 4th respondent seeking incorporating of entries in online revenue records. 4 However, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, present writ petition is filed. 3. Heard Sri Navuluru Krishna Sai, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation, as Form-6A application and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue does not refute the said submission. 6. Considering the above submissions and in view of assertions made in paragraph No.4 of the writ affidavit, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner’s representation as Form-6A application and pass appropriate orders, basing on record, after providing due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
