This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2, Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Saidpur, District Ghazipur to decide the Application dated 07.10.2024 followed by reminder application dated 06.12.2024 filed by the petitioner under para 460 of U.P. Revenue Court Manual and comply the order dated 04.03.2020 passed in Case No. 318 of 2014 (Computerized Case No. T2014142904318) (Ram Samujh Vs. State Gram Panchayat and others) Under Section 29/41 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, within stipulated time period, within stipulated time period, otherwise the stipulated petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that application filed by the petitioner under paragraph No. 460 of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual is pending since 2024 and he prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No.2 - Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Saidpur, District Ghazipur to consider and decide the aforesaid application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
