1. The present writ appeal has been filed with the following prayer:-
“ It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this appeal and set aside the order dated 10.07.2025 passed by the Hon’ble Single Judge in Writ petition (S) No. 6537 of 2025 and the consequential transfer

order dated 10.07.2025 and consequently allowed the writ petition of the appellant in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant’s suspension has already been revoked by the authority concerned on the ground that the charge sheet could not be filed within the stipulated period i.e. 90 days.
3. In view of the same, the present appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
4. The appellant/writ petitioner, if aggrieved, by any further action of the respondents, he is at liberty to take recourse to law.
