As per the report, the petitioner appeared before them and submitted written intimation dated 25.07.2025 stating that the petitioner/husband and respondent No.2/wife filed mutual divorce petition in F.C.O.P.No.1159 of 2010 and they got granted decree of divorce by mutual consent on 14.12.2010. Since then, they have been residing separately from the past 15 years. 2. It is further submitted that the petitioner and respondent No.2 have settled the dispute in Crl.M.P.No.3265 of 2014 in M.C.No.34 of 2009 on the file of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bobbili on 20.08.2014 and copy of the award is also submitted to that effect. 3. It seems that the parties have settled the matter and award is also passed and even otherwise, the petitioner is not showing interest, to prosecute the matter. 4. In the said facts of the case, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non prosecution. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
