1. Heard Mr. Arjit Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S.S. Baghel, learned Deputy Government Advocate, Mr. Malay Shrivastava, learned counsel for respondent No.5 and Ms. Anmol Sharma, learned counsel for respondent No.1.
2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:-
“i. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the action of the Respondents in denying the Petitioner admission under the State Quota PG MDS(Conservative Dentistry And Endodontics) seats on the ground that she pursued UG BDS from Maharashtra. ii. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's candidature for admission to PG MDS (Conservative Dentistry And Endodontics) courses in Chhattisgarh under the State Quota, on the basis of her domicile status and NEET MDS 2025 merit. iii. Pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. iv. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble court deems, fit in the facts and circumstances may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this present petition as the petitioner has already got admission.

4. In view of the same, as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
