Application under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking correction/rectification in the order dated 31.07.2025 passed by this Court. 2. In the aforementioned order, on account of an inadvertent typographical error, in first and sixth paragraph, name of the court has been mentioned as Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Cases, Jaipur whereas name of the court is Special Judge, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012, District Jaipur. 3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed. In first and sixth paragraph of the order dated 31.07.2025, “Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Cases, (2 of 2) [CRLMA-369/2025] Jaipur” shall be read as “Special Judge, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012, District Jaipur”. 4.
