Sri Akkem Srihari Virat, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 22.12.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.13064 of 2023 and requested to pass similar order in the present writ petition as well. 3. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue does not refute the said submission. 5 4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the order dated 22.12.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.13064 of 2023 and for the reasons recorded therein.
