JUDGMENT: (per Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri G. Narendar)
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after filing of the writ petition, he has been informed by the respondent that the earlier merit list, where he was placed on top, has been modified and now the merit list has been altered.
2. In that view, he prays leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition, including the cause of action shown in the instant writ petition. 1
