By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for impleading the complainant/victim as respondent No. 2 in the connected anticipatory bail application, being AB No. 30(AP)/2025. Mr. Taffo, learned counsel for the applicant, submitted that inadvertently, while filing the connected anticipatory bail application, being AB No. 30(AP)/2025, the complainant/victim was not made as party respondent and hence, the present interlocutory application has been filed for impleading the complainant/victim as party respondent in the said AB No. 30(AP)/2025. Mr. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, raised no objection in impleading the complainant/victim as party respondent in the said AB No. 30(AP)/2025.
