1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction towards the respondents for quashment of voter list dated 13/10/2024 prepared by respondent No.2 & 3 who is ofÏce bearer of Chhattisgarh Teacher Association, Raipur. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the election, in pursuance to the voter list dated 13/10/2024 has already been completed, and if the petitioner has any grievance, he can approach before the Appellate Authority provided under the by-laws of the Teacher Association by preferring an appeal.
3. I have heard counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the petition.
4. On perusal of by-laws of Chhattisgarh Teacher Association (Annexure-P/3) as also the submissions made by the counsel for the respondents, it is quite vivid that the petitioner has remedy under Clause-30 (1) (a) of the by-laws of the Chhattisgarh Teacher Association to approach before the Appellate Authority to raise his grievance.
5. Therefore, it is directed that the petitioner may approach before the Appellate Authority provided under Clause-30 (1) (a) of the by-laws of the Chhattisgarh Teacher Association questioning the election and dispute raised by him in this petition.
6. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
