Today Ms. Soumyasree Saha, learned advocate, appointed as the Special Officer is present and submits report which is kept with the record. 3. The Special Officer appointed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 3rd October, 2024, to carry out the following repairing works in the suit property:- “1) To repair the leakages and to colour the inner walls of two bathrooms situated on the Northern side of the first floor of the suit property within defendants’ accommodation. 2) To repair inner walls of the two bedrooms with cement and plaster attached two damaged bathrooms and to colour the inside walls attached to the bathrooms, proposed to be repaired, which got damaged due to leakage of the bathrooms situated on the Northern side of the first floor of the suit property. 3) Colouring of the internal walls of the passage from Main Entrance leading to 2 the Southern side of the ground floor, occupied by defendants. 4. It is submitted by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners that the repairing work has already been completed and in view of the report submitted by the learned Special Officer there is no need to proceed further with this matter and prays for expeditious hearing of the suit pending before the trial court. 5. Learned advocate appearing for the opposite parties is present. 6. Both the learned advocates jointly submit that they have received the copies of the report from the learned Special Officer in court today. 7. In view of the above, the revisional application is disposed of directing the learned trial court to make all endeavour to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment. 8. The learned Special Officer is discharged accordingly. 9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the trial court for taking necessary steps to comply with this order. 10. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, on priority basis, upon compliance of all necessary formalities. [Chaitali Chatterjee (Das), J.]
