Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was initially appointed as Lower Division Teacher in Govt. Primary School on 26-12-1986 and on 15-2-2010 he was promoted to 2 the post of Upper Division Teacher (Middle School) and posted at Middle School, Andhrikachhar, Dist. Korba. Further on 2-12-2014 he was promoted to the post of Lecturer (Economics) and posted at Middle School, Andhrikachhar, Korba District Korba. Vide order dated 22-8-2019 respondent No.1 Secretary Department of School Education, Raipur transferred the petitioner as Incharge Principal from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Chhindpur, Block Katghora,District Korba to the office of Assistant Director, District Education Officer, Korba. Thereafter, vide order dated 30-4-2025 respondent No.1 promoted number of Lecturers and Head Masters to the post of Principal, Higher Secondary School including the petitioner whose name finds place at Serial No.604 in the said order. After counseling, vide impugned order dated 29-8-2025 the petitioner was posted at Government Higher Secondary School, Pakhnakot, Dist. Raipur. He would further submit that the petitioner has some medical issue to travel from one place to other place, therefore, he seeks permission of this court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a representation before the concerned respondent authorities. 2. Permission is allowed. 3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition (s) is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner.
