1. Mr. K.K. Harbola, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Mr. Siddharth Bisht, learned A.G.A. and Mr. Himanshu Sain, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. Present applicant Amit Rawat is praying for the regular bail in relation to FIR dated 18.08.2024, bearing FIR No. 0210 of 2024 registered at P.S. Kotwali Kotdwara, Pauri Garhwal wherein the present applicant has been implicated along with one other accused Avinash Chamoli for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated, and, in fact, the entire money has been remitted back to the complainant. Apart from this, he submits that charge sheet has already been filed, and, therefore, there is no need of custodial interrogation, and furthermore, applicant has no previous criminal history.
5. Learned State Counsel has not disputed this fact that charge sheet has already been filed, therefore, there is no need of custodial interrogation of the applicant.
6. Having heard arguments of the
learned counsel for the parties, and further considering the fact that the applicant has no previous criminal history and charge sheet has already been filed, this Court is of the view that the applicant deserves for bail.

7. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the bail application is allowed.
8. Let the applicant-Amit Rawat be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
