JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 4 10-03-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No.84 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 137(2), 87, 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. 4. From the statement of the victim girl recorded under section 180 of the B.N.S.S., it appears that she had left her home on her own. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74039 of 2025(4) dt.10-03-2026 2/2 application is allowed. 6. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea / concerned Court below, in connection with Rupauli P.S.
