Following order was passed in this matter on 20.07.2026:-
“Despite grant of repeated opportunities, compliance affidavit/ reply has not been filed. At the request of learned Additional Advocate General, matter is adjourned to 07.08.2026 on cost of Rs.1500/- to be paid to the petitioner on the next date.”

Pursuant to above, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 06.08.2026, from the Director, Women & Child Development, Himachal Pradesh, conveying passing of speaking order

- 2 - dated 04.08.2026. Copy of the speaking order has also been appended alongwith the office instructions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner makes out a grievance that the costs in terms of order dated 20.07.2026 have not yet been paid to the petitioner and further that pay fixation consequent to the speaking order dated 04.08.2026 is yet to be carried out by the respondents.

Learned Additional Advocate General, on the basis of instructions imparted to him, submits that the costs shall be paid to the petitioner within next three working days positively. The pay fixation consequent to the speaking order dated 04.08.2026 be also issued within two weeks from today i.e. by of before 26.08.2026.
With the aforesaid observations, this execution petition to stand disposed of. Liberty, however, is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of her surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
