The present petition has been filed Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for directing the respondents no. 2 to 4 to take appropriate legal action against respondents no. 5 & 6 and to decide the representation dated 13.01.2025 (Annexure P-2) in a time bound manner. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has recently filed a representation on 13.01.2025 before the Director General of Police, Punjab Police Headquarters, Sector-9, Chandigarh (Annexure P-2) raising his grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereon. He further submitted that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.4-Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran to decide the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioners and take necessary action thereon. 3.
