Learned counsel for the petitioner/husband submits that all the proceedings have started in the year 2019 and pending for consideration till now. As such, there may be a direction to the Family Court to dispose of the matter. 3. As this Court has already directed the Family Court to dispose of all the matters in priority till 2019 and this court cannot pass an order to dispose of the matter of 2022.
