The Court made the following order:
Heard Sri C.Raghu, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Smt. R.Sudha Rani, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for respondent Nos.1, 2 & 4 and Sri T.Venu Gopal, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.3. 2.
It is stated by Sri C.Raghu, learned Senior Counsel that the petitioner has filed an affidavit stating that the petitioner is undertaking to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- per month towards lease rentals of the subject property, without default. In case of any such default, the respondents are entitled to evict the petitioner from the subject property. 3. Today, when the matter has been taken up for consideration, Sri T.Venu Gopal, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.3, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner shall deposit the same to the credit of the 3rd respondent, the petitioner may only be allowed to use the shopping complex for a period of one year and not the vacant site abutting the building. 4. Having regard to the contentions of both the learned counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- per month without default,

on or before 5th Day of every month, to credit the account of the 3rd respondent. In case of any default for two consecutive months, in remitting the said sum, the respondents are at liberty to evict the petitioner from the subject property. 5. The said arrangement would be applicable only up to 31.12.2026, with effect from 01.11.2025 to 31.12.2026. After the said period, i.e., 31.12.2026, the 3rd respondent is entitled to have the auction conducted for leasing out the subject property. 6. This order would not preclude the petitioner from pursuing the application filed by him before the 1st respondent. 7. With the above observations and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequent thereto, miscellaneous petition pending, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________ JUSTICE KIRANMAYEE MANDAVA
