JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE ORDER 30.01.2026 1. The record reveals that the instant matter was listed on 28.01.2026, on which date, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner sought two days time to have fresh instructions from his client as to whether to pursue the instant matter in light of the development, which has been reflected in the aforesaid order. It is reiterated, at the cost of repetition, that District Magistrate, Jammu has already allowed the application preferred by Shakti Jasrotia against the private respondents and the petition preferred by the petitioner therein stands withdrawn, which order has already been supplied to this Court and has been taken on record. 2. From the bare perusal of the order passed by the District Magistrate, Jammu dated 10.01.2026, it is apparent that both the parties have jointly stated that the dispute involved in the petition preferred by Shakti Jasrotia before the said District Magistrate has been amicably settled between them and pursuant to the said settlement, they have 2 WP(C) No. 328/2025 also moved an application seeking withdrawal of the petition before the District Magistrate, Jammu, which petition has been subsequently withdrawn. 3. In light of the aforesaid development, Mr. Rajinder Jamwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had been directed to have fresh instructions. 4. Today, when the matter was taken up, Mr. Rajinder Jamwal, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that in light of the aforesaid development and the order passed by District Magistrate, Jammu, the instant petition be disposed of.
