ORAL ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for all the respondents. 2. It is the contention of the petitioner that her application for regularization of un-authorized occupation was considered by the Committee for regularization of un-authorized occupation and a resolution was passed on 03.02.2004 to grant 20 guntas of land in Survey No.90 of Gopahalli village, Bidadi Hobli, Ramanagara Taluk and District. Pursuant to the resolution, the Tahasildar issued notice to the petitioner to pay the kimath of ₹1,195/- on 09.02.2004, within 30 days. Accordingly, the petitioner has paid the kimath. However, till date Saguvali Chit has not been issued to the petitioner and the revenue entries have not been mutated in favour of the petitioner. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent-Tahasildar, Ramanagara Taluk,

Ramanagara to verify the records and find out if grant was made in favour of the petitioner and whether Saguvali Chit was issued in favour of the petitioner.
If it is found from the records that the facts stated hereinabove are true, then the Tahsildar shall proceed to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This direction is issued only to enable the entry of the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. Ordered accordingly.
