The memo so filed reads as follows: "MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL OF WRIT PETITION Most respectfully Showeth: 1. That the applicant is petitioner in above captioned titled Writ Petition which is pending for admission and listed for non compliance today. 2. That due to certain omission in the statement of facts and some other inadvertent mistakes of technical nature, which ultimately damage the cause of petitioner, it was necessary and expedient to file correctly and properly drafted a fresh petition as per the requirement. 3. That due to above mentioned facts, now the petitioner intends to withdraw the petition, hence it is appropriate the memo for withdrawal of petition and to file a fresh petition.
