The petitioner seeks parole for his father stating that his brother is assaulted and he is undergoing injuries. Ms. K.P.Yashodha, a learned Additional Government Advocate, submits that the petitioner must file an application in the prescribed Form which will be processed in terms of the procedure contemplated in the Karnataka Prisons and Correctional Services Manual - 2021 [Manual]. The circumstances pleaded as also the annexures, which include photographs of the injuries suffered by the petitioner's brother and his son, are seen. It appears that there is a dispute within the petitioner's family with his mother being accused of assaulting the other side.
