JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ ORAL ORDER 1. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. "Issue a Writ of Certiorari or direction or order quashing the intimation letter bearing No. dA.¤: ¸ÀPÀE.: vÀ¸À:¹Dgï: 2024-25 dated 01.12.2025 (Annexure-L) issued by respondent No.2 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law; and b. Issue such other writ or order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the circumstances of the case." - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:51115 WP No. 36547 of 2025 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that in the meeting proposed to be convened today, the respondents are likely not to follow the requirement of clause 15.9 of the tender condition and the Government Order dated 30.10.2025 at Annexure-H. 4. Learned AGA on instructions categorically submits that the tender in its entirety as also the Government Order in its entirety will be complied within the deliberations while considering the bid submitted in respect of subject tender. 5. Her further submission is that there are three L1 bidders in terms of the financial bid and their considerations will be in terms of clause 15.9 of the tender condition and the said Government Order dated 30.10.2025. 6.
