Counsel appearing on behalf of Smt. Sushma Yaganti, Ld. Counsel for the Respondents. 2. Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, Ld. Counsel for the Respondents has submitted the Written Instructions dated –Nil- along with the Proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 10.02.2025 and 17.11.2025 furnished by the Administrative Officer, Collector’s Office, Kurnool and former Tahsildar, Adoni Mandal. Copies of it are supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner and the same are taken on record. 3. The documents submitted along with the Written Instruction would indicate that vide proceeding dated 10.02.2025, the Tahsildar has recommended to Government for cancellation of both the Family Member Certificates issued earlier. Thereafter, in pursuance of the Proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 10.02.2025, the District Collector, Kurnool (Respondent No.1) had issued Proceedings on 17.11.2025 by cancelling both the Family Member Certificates. In this view of the matter, this Court of the view that the Order of this Court has been complied with by the Respondents and no further consideration is necessary. 3. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. The Petitioner is at liberty to avail the other legal remedies, if so advised. 4.
