It is seen from the FIR and the complaint filed by the de-facto complainant that there are prima-facie allegations against the petitioners. There are no grounds to quash the FIR. The grounds taken by the petitioners are nothing but the defence which can only be agitated after filing of the charge-sheet before the trial Court, and therefore, the grounds for quashing the FIR are not made out herein.
