2 District Kabirdham for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 506, 376(2)(n) of the IPC and the entire criminal proceedings in Sessions Case No. 47/2023, pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC) Kabirdham. 3 At the outset, Ms. Jha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the trial has concluded and the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges on 10.12.2024, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. 4
Learned counsel appearing for other side do not controvert the above submission. 5 In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
