In this Public Interest Litigation, petitioners seek quashment of notifications dated 16th February, 2022 and 28th February, 2022 issued by the Government of Maharashtra for construction of flyover in two Sections, i.e. flyover between Old Pune Naka NH-9 to Shivaji Chowk, Shivaji Chowk to Navi Ves Police Chowky, Navi Ves Police Chowky to Bhaiya, Bhaiya Chowk to Sat Rasta and Sat Rasta to Patrakar Bhavan and flyover between Old Boramani Naka to Gurunanak Chowk to Mahavir Chowk to Morarka Bungalow to Vijapur Road admeasuring 4.925 kms. 2.
