As per the postal endorsement it is mentioned as “insufficient address”. He prays for time to take fresh steps. 2. Issue fresh notice to respondent Nos.7 & 8 to correct address. 3. In addition to the normal mode of service, the appellant is permitted to take out personal notice to respondent Nos.7 & 8 to correct address by registered post and acknowledgment due and file proof of service in the Registry before the next date of listing. 4. Learned counsel for the appellant shall furnish the correct and clear address in the Registry as well. 5. Post after four (04) weeks” 2. Office has submitted the following report: “R7 & R8 - Notices sent not yet returned. My lord, Learned counsel not filed any correct/clear address for R7 & R8 before Registry. Hence notices sent to previous addresses. 2 As per memo proof of service vide USR No 16892/2026, notices sent to R7 & R8 was „delivered‟ as per postal track consignment report filed by the counsel. R7 & R8 – Returned as „No such person in this addresses, as per postal endorsement.” 3. The appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution on 19.03.2025. I.A.Nos.1 and 2 have been filed for condonation of delay in filing restoration application and for restoration of the appeal. 4. As per the office report, the appellant has not furnished the correct address before the Registry. 5. None appears for the appellant. 6.
