Learned counsel for the accused-applicants submits that the accused-applicants have falsely been implicated in this case.
Learned counsel also submits that there is no evidence on record that the accused-applicants have earned money by committing fraud. Learned counsel contends that the allegations levelled against the accused-applicants are triable by Judicial Magistrate First Class. Learned counsel further contends that the accused- applicant namely; Samoon was arrested on 12.11.2025 and rest of the accused-applicants were arrested on 05.11.2025 and since then, they are behind the bars. Learned counsel argues that there is no necessity of any custodial interrogation. Learned counsel also argues that there is no criminal antecedents against the accused-

Learned counsel prays that the investigation and trial will take long time to conclude, therefore, the accused-applicants be enlarged on bail. 4. On the other hand, learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail applications. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the material available on record. 6. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the facts that the charges levelled against them are triable by Judicial Magistrate First Class; that the accused-applicants are behind the bars for about one month; that there is no criminal antecedent against the accused-applicants and that the investigation and trial will take long time to conclude, but without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, this Court deems it proper to allow these bail applications filed by the accused-applicants. 7. Consequently, these bail applications filed under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 are allowed.
