The present P.I.L., in our opinion, is totally misconceived inasmuch as if at all the P.A.C.S. is aggrieved of any action of encroachment by unauthorized persons, it is capable of taking adequate steps in accordance with law to remove the encroachment. 2 3. We find no reason to entertain the present petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
