1. With the consent of the parties the matter is heard finally.
2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:- 10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in respect of the present case. 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent company to provide employment to the petitioner in lieu of the acquired land as per the nominatin. 10.3 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased
2 to direct the respondent No. 2 to decide the claim of the petitioner and grant employment against the land acquired. 10.4 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any other order(s) or direction (s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience;

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was owner of the land bearing Khasra No. 180/8 area 0.10 hectare situated at village Bhasmakhar and is in possession of the same since long. The respondents in the year 2002 made acquisition of the said land for extension of their Lakshaman Mines and taken over the land of the petitioner granting compensation, however the case of the petitioner was not considered for employment. Despite the petitioner submitted his nomination along with all requisite documents and representation dated 13.05.2025 and 04.08.2025 before the respondent authorities for grant of employment, but the same was not considered. Therefore she prays for a direction to the respondents to decide the representation expeditiously.

Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 & 2 submits that the petitioner has filed representation/application for employment at a belated stage, for which no explanation has been made by the petitioner. Moreover, according to the policy, the petitioner is not entitled to get employment.
5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
6. Be that as it may, the petitioner has already filed application Annexure P/7 and Annexure P/8 before the respondent No. 2. At this stage, this Court finds it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the
3 representation dated 13.05.2025 and 04.08.2025 (Annexure P-7 & P-8) in accordance with law/rules/regulations on its own merits, preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this
order.
7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case.
8. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
