1. The petitioner has been filed this writ petition on the following relief(s) :
“10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the records pertaining to case of the petitioner. 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider and decide the application of petitioner for grant of Permanent Stage Carriage Permit, in accordance with provisions of Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in favour of petitioner, may also be granted.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the instant petition is not filed against any particular order, but the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the application of petitioner for grant of Permanent Stage Carriage on the route from Ambikapur to Jashpur via Rajpur, Shankargarh, Deepadih, Kusumi, Aasta Manora and one trip back of his bus bearing No.CG-14-MV- 4041 and after depositing Rs.2,500/- fees.
3. Learned counsel for the State has not opposed the prayer made by the
learned counsel for the Petitioner.
4. It is expected that respondent no. 2 shall take decision on the application made by the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the
3 / 3 date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with rules, regulations and law.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
6. With the aforesaid diretion, this petition stands disposed of.
