GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 30069 OF 2025 ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondent No.2 in not adhering to the Orders passed by the Respondent No.1 vide Memo No.2850324/SER.IV/A1/2025, dated 09.06.2025 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner is working as Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer. Vide Proceedings No.370/01/ZSWO-TFRs/2024-A(Estt), dated 16.02.2024, of the Respondent No.2/the Director, Directorate of Sainik Welfare, the Petitioner was transferred to Kakinada. On a representation given by the Petitioner, the Respondent No.1, vide Memo No.2850324/SER.IV/A1/2025, dated 09.06.2025, instructed the Respondent No.2/Director, Sainik Welfare, A.P. to take further action and issue modified transfer Proceedings to the Proceedings No.1237/01/ZSWO-TFRs/2025-A(Estt), dated 02.06.2025, of the Director, Saninik Welfare, AP, Vijayawada. As no further action was being taken by the Director, Sainik Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3. Learned Government Pleader submits that the representation of the Petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders would be passed as expedituously as possible. 3 4. Heard the respectve counsel. 5. Considering the fact that the Respondent No.1 has considered the representation fo the Petitioner on spouse ground for retention of the Petitioner as Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer at Vizianagaram and had issued Memo, dated 09.06.2025, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions: i) the Respondent No.2 shall take steps in compliance with the directions given by the Respondent No.1 vide Memo No.2850324/SER.IV/A1/2025, dated 09.06.2025, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
