ORAL ORDER
Heard learned senior counsel Sri.Prabhuling K Navadgi appearing for Sri.Joseph Anthony, learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri.H.Jayakara Shetty learned counsel for respondent No.1 and Sri.Bidan Chandran appearing on behalf of Sri.Sreenath V.K.,
learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4.

It is submitted by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has made a representation dated 22.12.2022 (Annexure-A) seeking access to the National Highway as per New Alignment NH-207 (Dabaspete-Hoskote Section) with entry at DE.CH54.353 and exit @ DE.CH54.122 for NH abutting Sy.Nos.12/2, 16/1, 16/2 of Gullobanahalli (Devanahalli Town Municipal Limits) of Devanahalli Taluk, Bangalore Rural District.
3. In this regard, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 refers to Rule 14 of Highways Administration Rules, 2004 and submitted that if such

application/representation is made as per Rule 14 of the aforementioned Rules, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the petitioner is permitted to make an application as per Rule 14 of the aforementioned Rules, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such an application is made by the petitioner as stated above, respondent No.2 shall consider the same, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such application, in accordance with law and outcome of the same shall be made known to the petitioner.
5. With these observations, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
