Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for the grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner in connection with Papu Hill P.S. Case No. 24/2025, under Sections 351(3)/294(2) of the BNSS, read with Section 66(A)/67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, arising out of the FIR dated 16.02.2025. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Saikia, that in compliance with the notice issued under Section 35 of the BNSS, the petitioner has already appeared
Page No.# 2/2 before the I.O and co-operated in the investigation of the case, and also recorded his statement under Section 180 of the BNSS. Hence, the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous. In this context, Mr. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, has submitted that the case diary reveals that the accused/petitioner has already appeared before the IO and co- operated in the investigation of the case. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels for both sides, this anticipatory bail application stands disposed of, being rendered infructuous. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
