Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the said transfer order the petitioner wants to move representation before the transferring authority, therefore, he may be permitted to avail the remedy of representation before the concerned authority. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has not raised any objection on the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the writ petition. 5. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to move his representation before the respondent No.2 within a week and in the eventuality of filing the representation within a week from today by the petitioner, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order within a week from today before respondent No.2. 7.
