2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have abducted the victim.
4. From the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that she had eloped with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30708 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 one Rahul Kumar and Rahul Kumar has already been granted bail. The petitioners are not the main accused and they are in custody since 18.03.2025.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Judge-VI-cum-Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran at Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024.
