Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3. The contention of the petitioners is that in the year 2022, the respondents have issued pattas in favour of the petitioners and accordingly, their names were also mutated in the Revenue records and were uploaded in the web land adangal. But, surprisingly, without issuing any notice, the respondent authorities have deleted the names of the petitioners in the web land adangal which is contrary to the record and also the procedure. 4. Reply to the said contention, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, has submitted that on verification of the records, the pattas has been granted by the then MRO/ Tahsildar without approval from the District Assignment Committee which is a mandatory procedure. Accordingly, the

respondents have already initiated action against the concerned officers and only to protect the properties, the online records were deleted. 5. Considering the said submissions, when the respondent authorities have already initiated action against the concerned officers, at this juncture, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders and as far as possession is concerned, till passing of final orders against the concerned officers and with regard to cancellation of pattas, the respondent authorities are directed not to interfere and not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject property. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _______________________ JUSTICE D.RAMESH
