JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 2 20-06-2025 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No.157/2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 10, 11, 13, 18B and 20 of UAPA Act and Section 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. 3. The petitioner had earlier approached this court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.42144/2024 on the ground that the name of the petitioner transpired in the case based on confessional statement of co-accused Subhash and Subhash was granted the privilege of regular bail by an order dated 20.04.2018 in Cr. Misc. No.21983/2018 passed by a learned co-ordinate Bench. The Cr. Misc. No. 42144/2024 was rejected by an order dated 04.10.2024 after recording reason, as Patna High Court CR. MISC.
