Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, this is the second bail application. Earlier, this Court in Crl.P.No.9189 of 2025, vide order dated 18.09.2025, dismissed the first bail application on the ground that the FSL report was awaited and the final charge sheet had not been filed against all the accused. This Court enlarged Accused No.3 on bail vide order dated 16.10.2025 in Crl.P.No.10475 of 2025, as his case stood on a different footing. 3 Dr. YLR, J Crl.P.No.10956 of 2025 Dated 31.10.2025 4. The allegation against the petitioner/Accused No.2 is that he agreed to receive an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- from Accused No.1 for doing away with the life of Shaik Shafi (deceased) and had received Rs.50,000/- as an advance from Accused No.1. The petitioner was arrested on 23.05.2025 and he has been in judicial custody for the past 130 days. After filing of the final charge sheet and on perusal of the same, the accusation is well founded against the petitioner/Accused No.2. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and the gravity and nature of the allegations levelled against the petitioner/Accused No.2, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner/Accused No.2 on bail at this juncture. Hence, the Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed. 6. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _________________________ DR. Y.
